Product Description
UNIONBOND PLATINUM T-301 is a grey/white,
cement-based high polymer fortified thick/thin set tile adhesive, designed for installing tiles on floor surface in interior/exterior condition. Excellent adhesion for fixing ceramic, porcelain, mosaics and vitrified tiles and natural stones on floor & walls in interior as well as exterior situations. Owing to its excellence bond strength, tile on stone, swimming pools and water bodies applications.

COVERAGE
Shall depend primarily on the nature & flatness of the surface to be tiled and the method of application. However on a level background approximately 3.5 kg/m2 adhesive shall be required at 3mm bed thickness using thin bed trowel.

INTRODUCTION
UNIONBOND tile adhesives are cement based special polymer modified quick set adhesive for all types of tiles and stone application in interior and exterior locations.
SURFACE PREPARATION
- All Substratum must be structurally sound, dry, solid and stable. The substances must be clean and free of dust, dirt, oil, grease, paint, curing compounds, concrete, sealer, loosely bonded topping, old adhesive residues and any other substances that may prevent or reduce adhesion. If the substratum contains these substances they must be mechanically removed.
- All Substances must be plumb and flat to tolerance in a plane.
- Imperfections and irregular (holes, voids, cracks, depression etc) must be corrected & surface must
be smooth before the application of adhesive otherwise it reduces the coverage.
PRECAUTIONS
Care should be taken to avoid dust inhalation while mixing and handling powder in case of contact with eyes or mouth, wash with plenty of water. Keep out of reach of children. Store in cool and dry place.
